DESCRIPTION:La Tavola Clinica si terrà nel corso del Congresso Internazionale SIE 2016 \nOrario Tavola clinica:\nvenerdì 11 Novembre 2016: dalle ore 12.00 alle ore 13.00 sabato 12 Novembre 2016: dalle ore 11.30 alle ore 12.00 \nMax 10 partecipanti per ogni sessione \nLa partecipazione è consentita solo agli iscritti al congresso SIE \n  \nContenuti della Tavola clinica \nIl successo endodontico è garantito non soltanto ottenendo un adeguato sigillo apicale ma anche un sigillo coronale che è una delle principali ragioni del fallimento a lungo termine dei denti trattati endodonticamente. Una volta eseguito il trattamento endodontico\, bisogna restaurare l’elemento dentario con un adeguato restauro coronale. Inserire un perno radicolare è assolutamente necessario? Quali materiali di base devono essere utilizzati per la loro cementazione? \nQualora vi sia insufficiente struttura dentale coronale\, l’inserzione di un perno nel canale è indicata per promuovere la conservazione del materiale da restauro e rafforzare la struttura residua al fine di garantire la distribuzione del carico lungo la radice. La quantità di sostanza dentale rimanente è realmente importante per determinare la resistenza alla frattura. La selezione quindi del tipo appropriato di perno è fondamentale nel ridurre l’incidenza di fratture radicolari e preservare la radice in caso di fallimento. \nUn perno ideale dovrebbe pertanto essere resistente alla frattura\, ottimizzare la ritenzione ed essere in grado di sopportare le forze normali della masticazione. Il perno dovrebbe anche avere un modulo elastico simile alla dentina radicolare\, per distribuire le forze costanti lungo la lunghezza del perno e la radice. Non ci sono attualmente consensi uniformi sul sistema di perni ottimali per fornire risultati efficaci a lungo termine. Tradizionalmente i denti endodonticamente trattati sono stati restaurati con perni in metallo con un modulo di elasticità più alto rispetto alla dentina\, il che significava spesso il loro fallimento. Questo ha portato i ricercatori a studiare altri tipi di materiali con un modulo di elasticità più vicino possibile a quello della dentina per garantire una maggiore flessibilità e distribuzione delle sollecitazioni. \nAl giorno d’oggi è possibile affrontare questo problema da una prospettiva diversa e adattare nuove tecniche e materiali nella nostra pratica quotidiana. Sistemi di tubi compositi in fibra di carbonio cavi o vuoti all’interno sono ampiamente utilizzati nelle industrie non mediche quali aerospaziale e industrie marine\, perché sono flessibili e possono essere piegati e riempiti in situ con materiali compositi per aumentarne la resistenza. Sono state studiate le proprietà meccaniche di questa nuova tecnica sandwich: i perni cavi e la loro nuova tecnica di cementazione. \nObiettivo: dare indicazioni cliniche all’odontoiatra perché possa utilizzare una nuova tecnica di restauro tramite perni cavi ed utilizzare una nuova tecnica di cementazione per la ricostruzione dei denti trattati endodonticamente e migliorarne la resistenza biomeccanica. \n

Infatti\, come conseguenza delle estrazioni dentarie\, in questa regione si può spesso osservare una considerevole pneumatizzazione del seno mascellare con conseguente relativa impossibilità di inserire degli impianti. Per questo motivo\, si rende necessario eseguire un rialzo del pavimento del seno mascellare con contemporaneo o differito inserimento di impianti. \nPROGRAMMA \n\n\n\n\n\nCenni di anatomia distrettuale.\nEsami diagnostici\, opt e tac.\nDifferenti tipi di materiale di innesto\, vantaggi e svantaggi.\nTecniche di rialzo del seno mascellare per via laterale: vantaggi e svantaggi. Presentazione di una metodica atraumatica.\nTecniche di rialzo del seno mascellare per via crestale: vantaggi e svantaggi.
